We specialize in budget friendly design using the things you already have and love to create the appeal a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space perfectly suited to your family’s needs, style, and comfort (redesign).

If your listing will be vacant we offer rental of furniture and accessories along with a design plan created to sell your home.


Occupied Staging and Design...

Initial Consultation - starting at $250 


In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We need 20-30 minutes for our initial phone interview to make sure I understand your needs and goals. I will then research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • During our consultation we will walk through the home using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist. We will talk about all of the big and small staging strategies that are designed to have big emotional impact on potential buyers and give you the best return on your investment.
  • The detailed report includes a "Top Ten Priority List" along with a very handy "Open House Checklist" and other great preparation tips. Also there will be a 'mini vignette staging session that will demonstrate what a big difference even small changes can make . 

(up to 3 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)

Open House and Photographer Support Session - starting at $250


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically fine tuning the DIY staging process based upon the Staging Report recommendations in the Initial Consultation.

  • We will work with you prior to the photo session and open house to ensure that the details are perfect for these extraordinarily important events
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories enhance the staging for the photo shoot in order to achieve higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 3 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arrival
(Up to 3 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)

PHOTOGRAPHY OF YOUR STAGED HOME - starting at $75


This option is available as an add on to the Open House and Photographer Support Session

  • We will photograph your home in a way that will show case your property to potential homebuyers
  • A full set of photos will be available to both you for your records and your listing agent for marketing purposes limited to the duration of your listing agreement 
  • While we do not claim to be professional photographers, but are trained and experienced in the art of visual marketing as it pertains to your expected demographic where as your real estate agent and broker an expert in sales, processes, analysis and marketing of the local buyer demographic

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arrival

ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND ONE-DAY, HOME MAKE-OVER - starting at $750


Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 8 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arrival
(Up to 8 hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

VACANT HOME STAGING SOLUTIONS - starting at $75


Home's that are empty are in special need of staging and here is where we shine!  We provide options that other staging companies do not...

  • After an initial home assessment, we create a proposal that outlines the staging options to fit every budget - good, better, best
  • We use quality furnishings and accessories to achieve that inviting atmosphere that persuades a potential buyer to realize that your property will be their new home

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arrival
(The $75 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)

WARNING - Not all vacant staging is equal!


Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
